Need help dissecting a .tak file

So, I downloaded a lossless album (TV Animation Fullmetal Alchemist Original Soundtrack 2) and it's in one giant .tak file. I have all the necessary stuff to read it in foobar, but I'm not even the slightest bit sure how to dissect it into multiple .flac files.
