I could have sworn I mentioned this before in regards to the Generations version, it's probably in that thread. Yeah, I think the conclusion was that it was a stock sound. I'll go on pretending it was a reference though.

The music was cool. Other than that, the layouts looked as they usually do, playing themselves with springs. Still not much to go on for your precious physics, but the jumping looked just as weird as it does in Ep1.
And the flying looks like it's act specific, sort of like in Rocket Knight, which is a shame. That first clip did look really cool though.

But Ristar was one of the first games I thought of when I saw Saturnalia Zone. Side note: I could totally see a new Ristar game using Ep 2's graphics engine.

    I want to believe.

It's more curved than anything you'd find in Episode I. At least, it looks like that to me.

Oh woah, yeah. As opposed to the Ep1 and Rush trapezium jump. Guess gravity makes more sense when Little Planet is in close orbit.

Something I just noticed. Methinks that Sonic's running sprites/renders might have been changed since Episode 1...
Am I the only one who's noticing this change?

I doubt they are renders anymore, seeing as everything else is 3D.
Yeah, it looks pretty, and the levels are more inspired. And online bro-op is cool, shame no one will play it after a week.
