    It's too bad Sega's in such a state of affairs that their involvement seems to be none. Also kind of ironic that Sony is helping Shenmue 3 become a reality, considering Sony killed the Dreamcast.

    I think it's pretty scummy of Sony as well. It makes me even less of a fan of theirs. I'm hopeful that because of the funding from the kickstarter, Suzuki and co will really be able to give the game the attention it deserves though.

    If Sega is smart, they'll re-release Shenmue 1 and 2 as part of their Dreamcast Collection re-releases...if they even do that anymore.

    Holy cow. I've actually never played the first or second game, but I'm shocked and excited for Shenmue 3. I guess this probably won't be the ending to the series anymore...

    Also, do we know if Sega is involved at all? Will Sega be the publisher?

    Edit: Oh it's Sony... :/
