  1. Oh god. Again...

    08 July 2013 - 04:28 AM

Hope I don't get shot for making this, but I just came across this video, and may be interesting talk?

So apparently he has a rom. Looks like it's being played on a flat-screen PC monitor to me anyway, and it does say.

...is this one real? I know that the ol' hoax from before was fake and anyone who thought that was real was silly (me included), but this actually does look just like those new screenshots we came across. Although the welcome sign and the enemy never appear.

Even my remake I made after the old hoax ago wasn't this accurate at all, and I thought I did rather well :P

Obviously I'm guessing fake, but this is amazing even so.
  2. Sonic 4 (As you imagined it)

    18 March 2012 - 01:31 PM

I will do this... or something different...
    Just busy.
  3. Can't download DirectX

    14 February 2011 - 02:08 PM

When I try to download DirectX from the microsoft, the installer pops up with this message:
"A Cabinet file necessary for the installation cannot be trusted..."

Programs like UAE (Amiga emulator) and Construct (NEEDS it) use it for something, and I feel it will be a problem in the future.

All the help on the Internet is pretty hard for me to understand, so asking here is kind of a last resort. And talking to people is better than reading old awnsers.

PS: I downloaded d3dx9_39.dll and saved it to System32, but that didn't work (it's the one Construct promps for).

  4. Chaos Editor

    03 January 2011 - 11:13 AM

I got bored for a while, so I did stuff, in the mix of that I created this:
    http://www.mediafire.com/?3gid8858cd6eba4
    (slightly old screeny)
Unlike other 'Maze Editors' (That I know of), this one has select, shape tools, flipping and shifting.
Shapes are basic line, rectangle and ellipse (no fill).

    Controls:
Mouse Wheel: Cycle Items (or palette)
    Left Click: Add Items
    Right Click: Erase Items
Ctrl + Click + Drag: Select Items
    Ctrl + C: Copy Selection
    Ctrl + V: Paste Selection
    Ctrl + A: Select All
    Ctrl + Z: Undo
    Ctrl + Y: Redo
    L + Click + Drag: Draw Line
    R + Click + Drag: Draw Rectangle
    E + Click + Drag: Draw Ellipse
