Sonic Adventure PAL with sample disc?

So, today I went to a shop that still sells retro games and found two copies of Sonic Adventure, both in beautiful condition.
One of them had a white Sonic Adventure sample disc inside.
Now, I tried to look it up (white label, promo disc, sample disc, demo) but only found a few pictures of a Sonic Adventure 2 disc that looks almost the same (except I guess for the number).
Anyone out there knows what this disc is, what it contains and is worth roughly $15 dollars with a full copy of the game (which I plan to buy eventually, since it would look nice on my shelf + emulation ahoy).
