    The missing tooth is kind of and ok suggestion. Definitely not needed though. As for the bloody nose I just can't see it. Blood in a classic Sonic game? No sir.

    I know that it has been mentioned a million times before, but I've seen Bluestacks run android games just fine on windows tablets. It is also what I use to run sonic 1, 2, and cd on my pc.
