  1. In Topic: Using a Sega Saturn with a weird PC monitor

Most monitors accept Csync on the Hsync pin, you most probably need no sync separator. Most monitors however don't accept sync freqs below 31KHz.

CD was not marketed as addon but the "future", you weren't supposed to develop HuCard games at that point nor people buy them. Shift of focus.

Sad to see this not being finished, at least not by you.

I hope you find the challenges you look for ~~~~
  4. In Topic: Recommend me some headphones

    10 October 2014 - 09:11 AM

Been using pair of Philips HP250 for about a decade now. Excellent freq range, actually can play higher end, longass cable so I can freely move around.
    Long phased out stuff though...
I am now considering replacing them, but I won't buy anything without hearing them first.

I'm in same boat with those earbuds, they don't stay in and they are also incredibly uncomfortable... plus they get so dirty from the ear gunk.....
  5. In Topic: SEGA Nomad Charging Solution

    28 July 2014 - 12:46 PM

I put 6x AAs rechargeables into my Nomad's battery pack. The old batteries were fuxxed but the charger circuit is still good, however its just timer so it will overcharge the new batteries if you let it charge too long. I'm getting some 4 hours out of it, but I have done some mods to the unit, one involves LED backlight and other replacing the CPU for more power efficient version.
