On the title screen when it says "Press start" press up,down,up,down, left, left, right, right, A+Start.
    Enjoy your level select!

I saw some of the fixes you made to Sonic 2 itself on GitHub - Very impressive stuff.

One thing I do like about the Sonic 2 Sound Driver is that is uses the Z80 Processor as you mentioned instead of just tossing more work onto the 68k(Not that the 68k couldn't handle that and more, that thing's a beast for the time). That in itself is a good enough reason for me to use this over the Clone Driver, which is still good work.
I do have one question though. Since this is essentially a SMPS2ASM Compatible Sonic 2 Sound Driver with tweaks and bugfixes, how friendly is it for use in Sonic 2 itself? Forgive me if it's a stupid question, I don't really now how hard the process of integrating SMPS2ASM support is, and therefore how little or how much you had to change.

As soon as I'm able to work with Game Maker Studio(unfortunately, my computer is "too old" for it), I'll try to work with Sonic MAX for sure. This project looks promising and I hope it will grow up to be something like Sonic Worlds for Game Maker. Posted Image

Legit, it's better than Sonic Worlds. We've done side-by-side experiments with MAX and Worlds to the genesis games, and MAX holds up a lot better... Though it has a few less gimmicks.

With that said, that's because MMF2 is a pretty inefficient program, and it's not Worlds or the Worlds developers fault at all that the engine (at least version 1.4.3) is inaccurate.

    Is there a Super Hummer?

    (Picture I chuckled at)

Sorry, time constraints were an issue again. Super Sonic's sprites were made my Mister Man from the sheet submitted on TSR, so those were available to me at the time.
Especially in Hummer's case, I probably would've let him have a super form if I didn't implement him mid-march when the game was 85% or so done.

It sounds like this hack has done a lot more work under the hood than it has done graphically and layout wise. The complains I've seen so far have been in this game for YEARS. Winter hill had that layout in 2005. This is 10 years people.

It looks more like he's layed the ground work for 1-3k to be in one rom. Kudos for that.

I'm certainly not saying he hasn't done any good work, he has done a lot, especially back in the old days. I myself just never bothered to bring the faults up online until someone else brought them up in a place where he'd see them. It just needs a step up in the level design category, and you're not wrong, it's been needed for years... This is also the first release of Delta I've been around at the time of release for, I believe.
