I think the character looks like a BLAST to play, even if it doesn't make complete sense to the character himself. I'd expect something like that out of Bean, maybe. (And hey, there's an idea if you want it.)
I'd say to try and preserve the gameplay somehow. It looks too fun to just scrap. -

Hey, how did I miss this? This is a good thread. I wish that I had something recent to show off myself. My last mod was like 5 months ago (not that it isn't amusing or anything). I have a full PSA upcoming, though. Maybe I can post that here.
You're doing good work, LoneDevil. Keep it up. There's been a slight lack of quality on the vault recently, so you're doing great. If you have any questions about Brawl mods, just PM me on here or KC-MM. I do pretty much everything character-related, so I can either answer your question or point you in the right direction. -

This is super cool.
All of the Sonic 2 levels only work on one of my screens though. I have a monitor hooked up to my laptop, and the scrolling only shows on the monitor. The laptop gets a solid colored background, blue for EHZ, black for CNZ.
All in all though, still way past cool. Nice work. -
In Topic: Does anyone else want a "Sonic R-2?"

Mini bump, I guess.
I was bored the other day, so I set up Sanicball to run with a real 3D model. (Mind the animations, I did all of them in about an hour and it shows.)
Despite all the "Sanic" meme insanity around it, Sanicball is pretty fun, and the Unity3D source code has been released. It would be pretty easy to mod and mold into something more akin to the classic (compared to engineering something from scratch or modding the original game). I remember people being interested in a Sonic R-Next or whatever. Were folks still interested in that? -

Whoa, progress in this thread again. That's some super interesting stuff! You said you were looking to extract a way to get the X360 port running in the emulator?
