Uh, yeah. It's the real official page. Good way to know for sure is looking for the checkmark in the blue circle icon that is shared among social media sites that verify that the account is an official representation of its namesake.

So SOR2 was supposed to come out on the 16th, but it's been delayed a week for a "Global Release"
