Build 0601 is definitely not Tails and the Music Maker. Compressing 0601 and 0608 together resulted in a 400KB file, while they both alone compress to ~235KB. Also, all of the other Music Maker protos together compress to ~300KB.
Instead, that file is Magic Crayons (Pico) (Prototype 0603 - Jun 03, 1994, 09.00) (hidden-palace.org).bin.
Another naming mistake I noticed is that Streets of Rage 3 (Prototype - Feb 24, 1994) (hidden-palace.org).bin is really World Heroes (Prototype - Feb 24, 1994) (hidden-palace.org).bin.
