The only problem is that my ISP blocks torrents so the speed is WAY slower.

Same here.

By the way.

-=Mass Downloading Guide=-

If you're one of those people who doesn't like to download 1 massive filesize, this guide will help.

-=Tools of The Trade=-

Firefox
The "FlashGot" Extension
FlashGet
At least 860 MB Free on your HD

1.) Let's say where going here: Qjimbo's Server

2.) Go to, oh say the 32x folder. Once you get to it, you see a lot of files. Assuming you have the FlashGot ext. installed, do the following:

1.) Right-Click and select "FlashGot All".

2.) Once the menu pops-up, click "Opt." and in the drop-down box, select ".ZIP;.EXE;.BIN;.GZ;.Z;.TAR;.ARJ;.LZH;.A[0-9]?;.RAR;.R[0-9]?".

3.) Hit Ok.

4.) Choose a download location and you're done.

Just informing you that my mirror is now available, I'm only doing the Ristar, Sonic & Chaotix protos, no Saturn prototypes though, slow uploads.

I will have a mirror up likely by tomorrow. I'll post the link when it's done. I'll be hosting everything that was released.

A mirror of sonic/chaotix/ristar/virtua racing games in 7-zip format. I'll have to keep a close eye on my bandwidth limits because I don't have much. It's 17MB for all of them.

On a completely unrelated note, Alleycat is awesome. Now we just need someone to join with an avatar based on Snipes, and this will really be a retro forum.

what about megaupload megashares ect. I am compressing with .kgb as we speak in effect I can get the current file down and compressed to like 100 mb or less depending on the level of compression. im compressing it now at normal it won't be anything near the 1gb it starts at so it will be quick to download. however you need a monster of a computer to uncompress these formats it can take a few hours. but hey im thinking of the 56k users tell me what you think and if I can upload to free sharing sites with unlimited bandwith like megaupload I think.
