I'm now getting the same problem as Scarred Sun with the header. This is occuring on polished copper MKII and Super Sonic MKII.

Did you clear your cache? That should fix it.

I find that I can't stay logged in on this new board. I log in, select 'remember me', and can use the board... but if I close the browser or restart the computer, I have to log in again when I come back to S2B.

It's only been like this since the board upgrade - anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, I bet the new board cookies and the old board cookies are conflicting. Clearing them should do the trick.

The "pending retest" user label (the one that goes below the avatar) isn't displayed anymore in Polished Copper MKII.

No, there really wasn't. =P

Nobody ever bothered to make an icon for it, so we just left it alone. I suppose we could whip one up, but I don't really consider it a huge priority at the moment. :P
