In case you still didn't know, HTML IS enabled on the forums. All you need to do to make it work is to enclose it with doHTML BBtags, like this:

[doHTML]<marquee>This is a marquee.</marquee>[/doHTML]

This is the result:
This is a marquee.

What were you trying to do? Marquees usually don't mess up the page.

Just be extra careful when using tables.
