So this happens when you you put Silver, Mickey Mouse and the Werehog into a blender? xD
Interesting to see how this artwork also seems to imitate Uekawa's style.
BTW I guess this is some kind of mobile game, right?

Perhaps he's mocking it?

Yeah, to me that screams 'parody'. It's the same pose and shading style and everything. And it's even kind of an outlier in the aesthetic of the other artwork.

All of the artwork he did for this doesn't go well with the normal game's style.

So in a similar vein to Mickey and Oswald, I take it this is Sonic's younger brother.

It looks like he took this drawing as reference for Slim Fast Werehog

Excuse me while I hurl. I didn't think the Adventure style could get worse.

Also, didn't he help Uekawa with the art for Adventure,? Maybe that wasn't his style to begin with. Noticed how Uekawa changed his style after Oshima left.

I got excited for a split second and thought maybe this was the Mighty no. 9 / Yooka-Laylee version of Sonic. Alas! I don't mind this design to be honest.

Is... Is he trollin'?

...n-no.... No...

....no. Just... what the hell. I somehow was expecting something unique to be honest. I mean, "Blinx: The Time Sweeper" came out pretty unique by comparison, and as I understand it, he was in charge of that (in fairness, it says he was the director, not the designer, but that's besides the point). This has gotta be a troll of some sort.

I still haven't thought for a second that he was trying to make anything but an obvious parody here...

You know, like that totally-not-Sonic boss in Illbleed and stuff.
