It's a controller adapter that uses weird cables to access features of controllers rarely utilized by emulators. It also supports a bunch of controllers.
I won't bother repeating all the details since everything you need to know is on the Kickstarter page.

I'd like to get my hands on some Sega Saturn controller connectors; or all the other proprietary connectors for that matter.
