Be polite if your going to contact them, we don't want to scare them off or anything but damn if I want to know more about this and those 2 are our only leads atm.

It's sad because looking at Riders gave me F-Zero GX vibes and it could have been a spiritual successor if SEGA gave it to the right people, but then I played it and it doesn't even compare.

I don't know if it's just me, but Free Riders was fun...the game tracks me well after calibration, and well, it's fun:V. Maybe the Kinect has trouble tracking round shapes...

What if they were going for an isometric view? I'm pretty sure I played a few GBA (racing?) games like that, I know the Spyro games were.

Depending on how that'd be done, that could actually be just as bad as 3D on GBA. And again: this'd be Backbone, so it probably wouldn't be done well.
