Another question can you customize the controller buttons? The PS3 can change the camera axis but that's it. I would like to change the face buttons to a more God of War setup.

If I'm remembering correctly, the Bayonetta 2 demo did allow custom controls, but I didn't touch them because the defaults seemed fine to me.

Yup, the games are in separate cases as well and it comes with two Club Nintendo codes. Pretty sweet deal.

GET TO SCANNING! :v:

The US version (and I'm assuming the rest of the world) doesn't get a second box.

Ya we just got the sticker thing and one code. Whatever I still got both games at least, so I just went ahead and sold my 360 copy when I picked this up. May have only been $3 but it's going to Smash Bros with the Gamecube controller.

Speaking of Bayonetta 1, I'm replaying that game before I start 2. I'm excited for 2, but I feel a bit rusty, so I figured I'd give the first one a shot again. Just as fun as I remember, only those QTE cutscenes with "Press Y here to jump or you're dead" still piss the fuck out of me. I do great on the rest of the level but my rank goes to shit thanks to a BS death.

I'm halfway through the second game and so far the only time a QTE like that has appeared was an easy one in the prologue. Most of the QTEs are of the "mash the button to beat the shit out of this enemy to get more points" variety.

Hooray, my copy arrived while I was out!

I never actually finished the first one, so I'll replay that on the Wii-U first.

How playable is this game with the standard gamepad? Would it be better to pick up a pro controller before I start it?

I've been playing with the standard gamepad as I don't have a pro controller, haven't had any problems playing it.

Judging from the demo, I prefer using the Pro Controller but mine have analog sticks changed to DualShock 4 analog stick.
