So according to these tweets, SoJ and Sharp (The TV manufacturer) have teamed up to make a educational service called the Terebina and Sonic looks like its gonna be the first game released for it.

Its a educational game, So I'm not expecting much but we should properly document it.

that's cute, a portmanteau of "television" (or the Japanese loanword equivalent, rather) and "beena" (as in the pico successor)

Well, if it releases before Boom, it'd be literally the only thing since Lost World... (I suppose I'm overlooking some iOS game like Dash or something? Mario and Sonic at the 2014 Winter Olympics, of course)
