"I gotta go potty"
(tried copy & pasting the video URL at 6.03 [below], but didn't work 
/> - just skip to there to hear him); technically he still wasn't a baby when he said "that tickles", just in case anyone picked up on that 
Of course Tails' would be "agaga goo-goo poo-poo"
