Here's what we've done so far:

Exposé 1 (featuring Metal Sonic Hyperdrive, Big's Fishing, Crazy the Hedgehog, BakaSonic, LSD is Bad, Metal in Sonic 3, Mystic Cave Classic, Project Reiko, Robotnik Returns, and Gotta Go Fast):



Exposé 2 (featuring Adventure Generations, Hard Bosses, Sonic 1 FM, Into the Void, World Adventure Packs, Stardust Gear, Painto, hard mode, Sonic 2 Adventure, Rise of Chaos, and Color Contrast):


The third and final exposé will be out Friday, and will cover everything else in the contest, aside from the SADX levels and tools.

I did indeed forget it exists! Sorry about that. My copy of Sonic & Knuckles Collection hasn't been seen since circa 2001, sadly. So I can't do much with it.

Part three will also omit the Graphics Overhaul (though I did make a comparison video), Green Snake's layout tool, and (duh) the partial-private entries.

EDIT: Thanks to MainMemory, I've got the SMPS player working now, so I'll be able to feature it in the final part.
