Hi all

Am just clearing out the family homes loft and have come across a load of Master System games.

We lived in Aus for quite some time so a fair few of them are Aus releases, and list Made in Australia on cartridge and case

Unfortunately they all seem to be lacking manuals...

I was wondering if there are any particularly of interest?

I have

Sonic the Hedgehog
Ghost House
Olympic Gold
Taz Mania
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
Asterix
Columns
Pycho Fox
Teddy Boy
Paperboy

They all need to go but if they are of any interest to anyone I'd let people on here have them first! I expect they are just standard PAL releases that were packaged in Aus.

Cheers

Scans would be nice - though the ROMs are the same, Australian cartridges are different to European ones and boxes can have subtle differences too (and manuals are English-only, but you don't have those so).

I believe the only difference with some of the carts is they have a stupid hints and tips phone number on them, but I can possibly scan them at some point. Not even sure how to get rid of this lot, may just sell it in bulk.

Usually they use white-on-red grids, as opposed to black-on-red.

One of those blink and you'll miss it type of things.

Coincidentally, I just started scanning my master system games and manuals. Fun Fact: "Dr. Games" was renamed "Professor Playor" in Australia.

It's a shame you don't have Shinobi. Mine came in a custom clam shell different from the standard master system and mega drive cases. I was never sure whether it was legitametely released like that, or whether it was one of those situations where it was for rent and the video store put it in an alternative case.
