This looks like Puzzles and Dragons mashed up with those coin things I always hated as a kid. Might...give this a go, actually. (If it's free). Time to look into it

EDIT: Free download, IAP. It's a pretty clear PAD knockoff, but seems interesting enough. If you like PAD you'll like this.
