Is the previous demo still around anywhere? The link's kinda dead, sadly.

For the most part, I stopped caring about the massive sea of Sonic fan game demos years ago. (Seriously, I was starting to think the fan game scene was dead, and that no one was ever going to release a finished Sonic fan game amidst that chaos, up until LakeFepard and some other guys using Sonic Worlds posted some.) Even then, I still wanted to give this a go because of the praise it was getting. Sounds like you're doing something fresh and new, Felik.

I'd suggest you to wait till next demo comes out then since you might be disappointed by the lack of content (only 1 zone) and dull level graphics (which are being redone at the moment).

Also "some other guys using Sonic Worlds posted some" are Hez and Vexer who released stellar Sonic Classic and Sonic Axiom.

I'll be interested when the next demo is released, in that case. :)

And I used to play Sonic Axiom, it's pretty fun as Tails. :specialed: The latest version of Sonic Classic was broken, however, so I never got a chance to see it in a working state.

I'm aiming at this summer SAGE.

Sonic Classic has always been broken but not to a state of being unplayable. For me at least.

Loving the new graphical overhaul Felik. I'll echo what Falk said about the foreground/background tiles.

If you keep that style up it's going to look great. It's looking like it'll sit nicely between Sonic 1/2/CD

I know no one likes blurry pictures but I don't want to spoil the fun. It's City Lights Zone act 1. When I will finish act 2 I will make a trailer with everything that's new in the game.

Also the game's name now is "Sonic Neo Genesis". Do you people like it?

New shots look great! The new spindash pulley lift thing looks like fun.

Name's cool :)

The forum software has spoiler tags for a reason. I can't give viable feedback if there isn't any detail to what I'm looking at.

What does it have to do with anything?

It's ok. I'm not asking for any. Just wanted to show that progress is being made.

If you don't want to spoil anything just put clear pics in the spoilers and say spoilers ahead. Your original statement implies you took blurred screenshots in order not to spoil anything. If that wasn't the case then disregard that. You are making very good progress btw.

Blurring stuff is pretty silly, since it means the details are too vague to give feedback on anything. I'm digging the floor tiles and sky backdrop a lot though.

After sharpening it kinda looks like a magazine scan. I'll have to remember that...

Looks pretty fantastic. Your best level yet. I'd say this is one of the most promising fangames being worked on currently by far. Excited to see more. Would also love a demo.

EDIT: Hold on you released a demo last August? Is it worth tracking it down or should I just wait for the next one?
