But it's only good for a week! Great way to go legit on the cheap. And it'll be eligible for the paid upgrade to Clickteam Fusion 2.5, effectively making a new copy of it cost only $40. That's a load cheaper than the normal $119 price tag.

EDIT: Welp, I was wrong about the discount.
EDIT2: Actually, Clickteam reversed their stance! $40 Fusion 2.5 for everyone!!

I might as well grab this, even though Sonic Worlds is still a little too complex for me.

Threw three dollars at it, just because I had about as much floating in my PayPal doing nothing. Lemme see if I can get Sonic Worlds doing anything...

Clickteam Fusion 2.5 Upgrade Program.

If you purchased Multimedia Fusion 2 or Multimedia Fusion 2 Developer between August 1st and December 5th 2013 please see the section titled “Free Upgrade”.

Today is December 5th. Does that mean getting this bundle today allows me to get a free upgrade? :P

Excellent! I don't have a computer capable of running it right now, but I'll definitely grab it now for when I get one. Thanks for the heads up!

So if someone makes a game with MMF2, is it easy to convert it to a CF2.5 game? I can't find any answers about that.

Sadly no, the free upgrade is only for if you bought it at full price through Clickteam, Amazon, or a third-party reseller. HOWEVER, you are eligible for the $39 upgrade, so you can get CF2.5 for $40 instead of $99 :O EDIT: See OP.

Yes, you can load MFAs made in MMF2 into CF2.5 without any issue. You just can't go backwards.

Really sucks that these don't qualify for the 2.5 upgrade, but I can understand why.

They changed their policy because a lot of people felt they were misinformed through the Humble Bundle's website. Good thing they did this because I was starting to wonder if I regret going with the bundle.

I'll be fine with 2 till Sonic World's requires 2.5. In which case I'll just pirate it.

It seems they have changed their minds after hearing some comments about it.

After consideration of you guys comments and how we love our customers Humble Bundlers can get CF2.5 for the upgrade price of 39.00, However we can't process upgrades on Steam.

How about the various MMF DLCs? (exporters to various platforms). Would they still be the same price as before?
If so, very clever of Clickteam. The same old wallet tripping people with "oh well, I saved on the main product, I might as well buy the addons", none of which would have been bought if the original price was still in place.
Always a catch.

The runtimes are extra purchases at regular price. I wiped out my discount because I kind of needed the HTML5 runtime. :v:
