Yabause probably has a PSP port, but a PSP could run it at what, 10fps?

Well, I don't think I'd consider that "legit playable". :< Hrm.
Makes some of the response tweets sound pretty ridiculous, since at least one person was saying all "REMEMBER THE DAYS WHEN PEOPLE SAID SATURN EMULATION COULDN'T BE DONE?" as if now we had Saturn emulators as accurate as bsnes or as low-spec-requirement as typical NES or NeoGeo emulators.
