I have 3 files.

A zip, a supposed fix'd zip of the previous file, and a rar.

All three are unopenable and have no header data.

All three were obtained from Japanese file sharing sites.

All three are supposed to contain the same contents.

The contents should be approximately 20 image files, format unknown.

What would be the best way about going about trying to decrypt these files?

You linked the first zip file twice and linked the second zip instead of the RAR.

How are these files supposed to be acquired?

I couldn't find them anywhere online. The RAR was obtained by using Perfect Dark and the two Zip files were downloaded with a paid account from http://www.nakido.com/

Share and Perfect Dark does tend to have false junk files on them. The second file doesn't have any zip headers in it at all, nor any identifiable text in neither ascii or shiftjis or unicode. The other two have been deleted from mediafire.
