The version you guys had was sooooo outdated. I desided to package the version I had on my hard disk. So now you can have at it!
http://hacking.sonic-cult.org/s2hack/ -- Read it online
http://hacking.sonic....org/s2hack.exe -- Download to view from a local drive
I plan to make ONE MORE update before I deside to call it quits (doesn't mean I won't try at it again in the future). I will update the Sound & Music page with some special things like micro-tuning (which may be a feature in Sonic QX one day -- but not now). Enjoy, or else, I'll shove my foot up your ass =)

Even though I'm not making an S2 hack right now, I still enjoy reading the guide.

Can I have a .zip file instead of a .exe self extractable file?
You know, my mac don't like .exe programs. :D
Thanks.

Send the .zip archive with an e-mail to me instead. I really need it.
I may save the web page instead. I hope this'll work properly.
EDIT: No, some links are broken.

I put it in EXE form because I could make it smaller, and at the same time more people could unzip it. I zipped it as a 7z file, and made that self extracting. Saves space -- in fact it should save a full cluster (or two) of disk space on most drives (oooooh!!... awwww!!). Yeah, I'm a space-saving freak, and if you don't believe me then just look at the size of the Sonic Display Editor program file (English version is 15.4KB). But anyway, what are the bad links that you refer to (besides the obvious one[s?] that links to SHaC)? I didn't find any.

All examples that refers to hacking.sonic-cult.org/s2hack/binary/examples are broken for me.
Images sprites4.gif and sprites5.gif are unavailable.
I think that's all.

All the links that I had been given in the
Question about S1 and S2 Music topic are broken.
PS: Weyhey! This guide is great, Thanks Saxman. Could I host it when my websites done?

Actually, I want to host it also, updating the current version that is on my website.
That's why I needed a zip file. I have it now, and I'll update my website soon.
