Since I use a WP7 (Yeah laugh it up :V) I was just given the ability to use ringtones a few months ago. Even then I have to make sure the audio is a specific length and a certain file size or it won't be allowed. When I actually used a ringtone for that one week last year, it was the drowning music from Sonic the Hedgehog.

All of my tones are game-related, but my Sonic ones are:
Calendar Alert: the "Continue" sound from Sonic. Alarm Tone: the drowning theme. Wakes me right the hell up, every time, with a good startle. Gets the blood flowing.

That's been my text tone for months.
Also have Saria's Song for my ringtone.
My alarm's been the drowning music for a while too, but the effect's wearing off a bit... it's just annoying now. :/

Got a new phone this week [the Xperia Play, really bloody nice], so I now have Hydrocity Act 2's BGM as my ringtone and the Genesis style ring sound as my notification.
