oh, I got aproved about a minute ago
thanks anyway =)
So... the game is almost finished and it should be released really soon
almost all of the gliches present in the SAGE demo are fixed and for those who don't know

I know a lot of people didnt like to see Tails running like Sonic when looking at the trailer, just letting you guys know that you can change to the original running animation.
About the Beta testing: if you want, send me an e-mail or a PM here...

Cool, I've been waiting for this game for awhile. In the second area, got two bugs to report so far:
-In the first area I manged to kill an enemy and get damaged by it at the same time. It was one of those propeller enemies.
-In the second area, if you get hit by the spikeball while hanging on the circled area, Sonic can no longer move, he is stuck in the hurt animation. Once he is hit by the ball again, he does his death animation, but very very slowly.

@Namo
nice catch, didn't know about that one in rocky ride(the zone in the shot)
I have already decreased the hanging bar size so it's impossible to get hit now.
the propeller badnik: it happened because you hit the propeller of the badnik, but I think that's not necesary anymore, I'll be fixing that soon

I figured it might have been because I hit the propeller but I wasn't sure.
Aside from those, I didn't encounter any other bugs, having just finished the demo. Really good work on this. I like it.

... 600 second waiting time to download a 24MB file.
Fuck that, could you please upload it to a less retarded filehosting site, like mediafire?

That's awesome. I have been following your work on SFGHQ since early this year, and I have downloaded both demo versions, and I am massively impressed.
By the way, on your first demo, being Tails in the Palmtree Panic style zone I was able to get Sonic and Knuckles boss music started, and I can easily replicate it. Did you intend to put a boss in there? The screen scrolls a little bit too IIRC.
Edit; Someone get this guy permanent member status ASAP.

@SpeedStarTMQ
it happened because I left the boss trigger out of the frame, thinking it would be deleted, but it wasnt
it's just an accident, nothing intentional

I hope you stupid shits at Sega are reading things like this. This is how you make a game. Notice how every time a serious or even trivial glitch is pointed out, he makes an immediate effort to solve it. You see Sega, you have no choice but to take directions from the fans now because you are all too stupid to figure out how to make your own Sonic game.
Rant aside, I'm glad I have a chance to directly praise LakeFeperd for this game. You are creating a truly awesome work of art and this may become my favorite Sonic fan anything ever made.

I really remember enjoying this at SAGE this year. The cutscenes were humourous and I enjoyed the levels, despite a couple being hold right to win. My only problem was that there may have been a couple of niggles with the physics as I remember from my playthrough, and there was one boss I couldn't figure out easily, but otherwise this is fantastic. Looking forward to this release if you can make it.

I didn't play anything from SAGE this year because it started the day before I started my classes at a university. >_> Main reason I held off on playing the demo since then is because the full game was going to release soon so I figured I might as well wait. I'm really looking forward to playing this.

Very minor nitpick - New Game and Load Game is the hardest boss in the game. Up till this point I still get confused as to if blue or white is the selection. I keep telling myself I'll remember this time, then the next time I start up the game I forget again.
edit: Eh, come on, patching a one-man game that isn't even released vs patching something that that has like a dozen different divisions working on it plus two (three if you count Steam) different delivery services is worlds apart. I mean yeah, there's a shit ton of glitches that could inexcusably, easily, be fixed (and I'm not going to even mention Sonic 2006) but "this is how you make a game" is really on the wrong side of the extreme comparison line.
