Hi! I'm trying to use SonLVL and Sonic Level converter, but they only accept INI files, but all of my Roms are BIN files. Anyone know a good converter, I can't find a good one. Thanks!

SonLVL is for
split disassemblies only. Set one up and then you can use SonLVL. The same applies to SonED2.

Using binary files was your first problem.
Go download the assemblies off the SVN, which have the INI files needed to load SonLVL.
