No its not, its a rare bug that invalidates youtube URLs if a hyphen is in the url, its random and the only way to fix it is by reuploading.

So, just recently I got a laptop that's actually able to run the game very well. I'm 99% positive it's in 60 FPS, but I was wondering if there was some way to tell in game if that's what it was running at. Sometimes it chugs, but it's so smooth I think it is 60 FPS, but I just want to be sure.

The game doesn't have such a feature that I'm aware of, but you can run FRAPS to get a framerate overlay. If you aren't planning on recording and just want the FPS, the free version should do fine.
