Okay, what I'd like to start off saying is that this example may have been made before by other users. Second, the reason for my silence here at Sonic Retro is because I've been trying to reserve my limited posts for something like this. Third, I've been wanting to try to make something to help or entertain the community here, hopefully, I've helped with something that may have been wondered before. Anyway, onto the screenshots and link.
Screen Shots; (Not anything too interesting from these. Also, these where uploaded with ImageShack.us)

I hope this has helped some or all of you out there in case you didn't know how to design this.
EDIT: I never explained the purpose of this was, apologizes. What this source will do is that if and when a piece of code is said to have an "error", when the program start and runs with the "error" still present in the code, it'll display the "error" in the program screen instead of the "error" being displayed as a pop-up message over the program causing the program to be interrupted, this is made to prevent a game made in Game Maker from being interrupted by the "error". So far, this is the best I could figure out how to make an internal error message.
