oh wow <3

There better be some good programming behind this or I'll be sad.

Oh and sonic's torso spines are gone. That could be fixed.

Haha, what? What the fuck am I looking at? Is this a window into an alternate reality where S2HD was handled precisely the way it should've been?

Looks a bit gaudy in places, but damned if I'm not impressed.

That sprite is horrible.

Your face.

That screenshot looks great. Can't wait to see the finished product.

There's something about the head... I believe it's the muzzle and the bottom spikes. Yep, that's it. The muzzle seems too big and the bottom spike seems to small but besides that I love it.

The foreground looks pretty decent but the background is amazing. I want more of this.

They need to fix Tails' face, Fix up Sonic's ears, muzzle, and eyes, and fix the shading, and alpha of the grass. Besides that it looks pretty good visually. The background is nice looking, I just hope they have a programmer who knows what they are doing.

Looks fucking impressive, I love the Sonic. He reminds me of the American box art Sonic and that gives it points in my book (shut up assface Sonic is awesome). <3

Everything looks pretty great, hope it plays well.

Apparently that's what it was based off originally if you follow the link.

Oh god I love it, gave me tingles of nostalgia. <3

Also I am amazed how many of these projects have been popping up ever since Sonic 4 was unveiled. Where did all of these talented people come from?

Yeah, Tails looks a bit odd, but other-wise I love what I am seeing and can't wait to see how it's improved.

I didn't happen to read over a Demo release date in the origin link, did I? I'd love to play this.

it's a 3d model, and it is not a remake

last little update for sonic

That's a model? Is he trolling me? There's just no way in hell. If it is, though, this is easily the best 3D interpretation of an Americanized classic Sonic we'll ever see. I can't believe we're nitpicking already. This fanbase is equal parts astonishing and fucking disgusting. We really don't deserve anything we get.

If that's a model I am expecting some beautifully fluid animation from it, and I agree with Ritz, it's pretty damn impressive. Didn't they used 3D models as guidelines to make the sprites for S3&K?

Another Sonic Rebirth?

Except this one is HD and - I hope - has less bugs :P.

It's both. It's a rasterized version of a model that has been extensively photoshopped.
