Wow that is a terrible, unprofessional looking badge. Not only is it obviously an upside down LA Dodgers logo with worse linework but also the whole logo is sloppy. Like, its all crooked and looks like he made it in Microsoft Paint. 3/10, try again (gave him 3 points for not using a low resolution real life photo he found on google images).

I doubt he did it on purpose, but he really needs to change it to avoid trademark infringement. Something like Trakker's suggestion's all he even needs to do.

Are you daring to imply something Penders made isn't perfect first try!? How dare you besmirch his beautiful artwork with your constructive criticism!

...is that Angel Island on the badge? It looks like it's supposed to be Angel Island...

I don't care what anyone says, to me, it's always the Floating Island.
But fuck Penders. He can't use it.

Sorry for little offtop, but I'm quite curious about this thing for some time. In various media these two names you've mentioned (Angel Island & Floating Island) are used. As far as I know, for the first time (in Sonic 3 Manual?) it was called Angel Island. So, what was the reason to make this "alternative" name for this island? What was wrong with the "primal" name?
(To be honest - personally, I prefer Angel Island. Floating Island sounds so terribly trivial - yeah, it's island which is floating in the air, let's call it Floating Island :P It's like Sonic wouldn't have name "Sonic", but "Blue" instead. Blue the Hedgehog :P)

Actually, it was called 'the Floating Island' in Sonic 3's manual.

Angel Island came when they brought both continuities together in Sonic Adventure.

Subtle, Ken.
Also, I like how the family section takes up a whole third of the bio.

"Her first appearance was in Sonic The Hedgehog #106 BUT SHE'S TOTALLY ORIGINAL AND DISTINCT FROM THE SONIC THE HEDGEHOG FRANCHISE, SEGA!"
Not to mention his teenage star is looking more and more like an old lady every time he draws her. Penders! Learn to color theory! At least not having saturated colors would do SOMETHING for her complexion, if not your linework!
Also, I thought K'nox made Mario toys, not Sonic ones....
