So, allow me to get it straight. Basically, you are all saying that I can finally talk about Shining Force, and how they are shitting on the franchise compared to the classic ones, without being flammed and/or trolled at all, and finally getting some love for that game. As well as talking about unreleased games, such as the remake of Land Stalkers that was supposed to come to the PSP but never came. Is that it?

Personally I support Sega Retro.

I don't understand what's so hard about wanting to generalise a goal to fill a niche that previously didn't exist. Besides, the amount of information on Sonic is finite-- the only two options after we've sufficiently exhausted Sonic research and engineering are either to expand or fade into irrelevance. Refusing to evolve would result in stagnation and ultimately death of the community, while changing gives us a chance to avoid such a faith.

Wow, philosophical there matey.

To be perfectly honest, I was fed up of the Sonic 4 Bitching when I joined the forum, and hated the fact that I was getting crushed by people without any kind of remorse for not having the same negative outlook.

If the Sonic part of Sonic SegaRetro is gone, then whoop-de-doo. Looks like the morons who hate this game for existing (yet also complaining when it didn't exist), because it hasn't turned out in the way they had seen in their heads.....Good fucking riddance.

I'll check back a lot less often from now on, seeing as I don't really know about SEGA pre-1991, and at the moment, I don't have plans to, because nothing interesting seemed to have happened back then.

All this can prove, is that, even the Smartest, more incorruptable Sonic fans will one day fall, because they are outnumbered by a factor of 100000.

Today I was waking up with good hopes of something funny for april fools, something like the last year (going back to SWS2B time). So today I read this and well... fuck. All I can say to this. I'm just glad that I made only one post in the S4 topic. v.png

Seriously? I really hope this is an april fools joke. Why not just have the mods be more harsh on people who make stupid/unnecessary posts?

Gotta say I'm suspicious as you've kept the original banner in the background. =P

Well darn. That's two downers on my day.
(Those downers being that I wasn't the first to post SASASR DLC pics, and that this cameo probably means there won't be playable Ristar =P)
Sega Retro actually sounds nice. I could live with that, to be honest.

Am I the only one here who doesn't give two fucks about whether this is a joke or not?

It's a massive relief knowing I'm not the only active guy here that cares about the series, honestly.

I'm very enthusiastic for Sega Retro at this rate (And was a bit too enthusiastic earlier v.png ). If this is an April Fools joke, it would have to tie with TASVideos as the most elaborate I've seen this year (Very long story).

What Vaiz said. I liked watching the Sonic 4 "drama" but there are also other places for that. Honestly though, that's all I came here for lately. v.png

Personally I support this in full. Despite the fact that Sonic's doing horribly, it doesn't mean we can't talk about the other shining series that isn't by Sonic Team. I mean, Outrun! I love Outrun, as well as Streets of Rage. There's a good few series that haven't fucked up quite just yet, so we aren't restricted to complain about a shitty blue hedgehog, and his many, many retarded friends!
