Well then that is extremely odd... I have no idea what I could've changed to make that happen.

Its very annoying how EVERYTHING is checked when I want to place just one thing!

If you just want to place one thing, and you want it to be in a specific spot, you really should use debug mode to place it. But I can add a check/uncheck all button.

Love this program, even though my CPU turns to s**t every time I use it. Also, am I the only one to notice the animation editor for this is mysteriously missing? I'd really love to give Metal Sonic some proper sprites.

Apparently you were. I reuploaded it.

For those of you that just want Sonic on your desktop without any other objects and with less RAM and CPU usage, I've made a Lite version of WindowsZone.

Doesn't look like this thing works with Windows 7. Crap. Oh well.

I don't see why it wouldn't, as it runs for me on Vista, and the full version has run for several people on 7. Did you install the DirectX Runtimes?

Probably didn't. It's just as soon as I click the program to run, I get a error saying that it stopped working right on the spot. I'll try it out later on.

I've updated the Lite version, it now has the random control mode, and a new mode where Sonic follows the mouse, while also responding to keyboard input (like Tails in the games). I also added a toggle for sound effects, and increased the frame delay from 16ms to 32ms, because I didn't realize how fast it would run while debugging it (the debugger slows it down).

Edit: And now the full version of WindowsZone and extras are available on the wiki.
