Okay, let's all face it!

Dust Hill is Mystic Cave in our beta.

Dust Hill is Mystic Cave in later beta versions.

Dust Hill may be Mystic Cave in earlier beta versions (because Mystic Cave is almost finished in our beta).

Dust Hill may have been a desert level during early development.

Dust Hill is a sexy name *shot*

EDIT:

And btw, this thread reminds me of all those threads about whether the master emerald is a emerald.

Also do you have any idea why they renamed Green Hill to Emerald Hill? It doesn't make any sence to me

Well that`s enough evidence for me. I`ll just make up a name for the desert level.
Cactus Valley sounds good! I`ll refer to the desert level as that other then Dust Hill.

Why cant you refer to it as the desert level?

They could have changed the zone names because they grew bored of them, probably the same as the title screen.

And how do we know that the winter zone became a zone and not just a forwarded idea for a zone?, like the clown head and rollercoster level idea that craig stitt comented on? (in the ICEknight interview).

The best bit of thinking iv read this week is the japanese interviews, so why don't we all try and help out in finding a japanese translation and some programmers?

Gives the level a sort of identity. Just calling it the "desert level" sounds kinda bland.

I don't care if it is bland. The truth is most facts are bland. Let's just call it the dessert level and everyone will know what we are talking about
