Thanks I wasn't looking for anything in particular, just wondering. I used to love them back in the day but most of them got ruined.

You already know how to embed an image, and presumably a link, so just nest them. To elaborate, [url] tags simply have to enclose whatever element(s) are to act as the hyperlink, so you can treat the image as though it were just text in a 'normal' link.
