That sucks, though I do know a couple of people interested in drawing Sonic comics... I might see if they're interested in joining up, does location matter? One's from the USA, though I'm showing her the original comic at the moment...

Just making sure, some people tend to get nationalistic with projects. I'm gonna teach them the StC first before I send them your way, at least get them into it first :L

So what's the word on the cool comic with the coolest character? Still waiting for a page or two?

We're aiming to release the new issue this month, or early June :)

There's been a slight delay, yes... as usual might I say :P

Last I heard, there might be a story about Tikal. The story is all finished, so it might be in the upcoming issue.

Hahaha :)

Well, if you're curious about future stories, I've recently finished drawing a two-parter with the Chaotix and Shadow, and I've finished the first part of a Sonic-Blaze two parter.

Ooo, nice. I've talked with a few of my artist friends, three are interested in the comic and I've guided them on how to apply, so it's up to them now. One's on the fence because she wants to do it, but doesn't have as much time. Would it be possible for me to stand in and colour her work for her when she draws it, should she opt in?

Great issue! :) Looks like shits goin to be seriously belly up^^
I also really love the colors on the Tikal strip, reminds me so much of the early StC issues.

You are doing really great work with StC-O.

BTW I still remember when we got our last StC issue here in Germany. For so many months I still went to the kiosks and asked if there's a new issue and they always told me there isn't any. And it got cancelled here in the middle of the Deathegg saga. I think the last story we got was when they've beaten Robotnik on the Floating Island. I definately remember that in the preview of the last issue was a pic of Predicto. That preview made it's cancellation here even more cruel. You can't imagine how happy I was when I found out that the UK issues were running for so much longer several years ago.

Also: Happy Birthday, Mr Kitching!

The Sonic [or should I say Super Sonic] strip was wonderful - not to mention the terrifying ending!

The Tikal strip story was basically ripped straight out of that Doctor Who episode with the creatures which feed on dreams.
