Just to clarify.

I also think that Tikal is worth a mention, because she and all the other Echidnas from the tribe had feet like that too. They're weird looking, but perhaps the only style that works. Darkspine Sonic has them too.

Perhaps it's a freak mutation from the Chaos Emeralds? (going by my theory)

According to the comics, they're already freak mutations as it is, without the chaos emeralds, radiation, exposure to toxins from Robotnik's stuff, etc. :psyduck:

I coulda sworn I'd seen both Amy and Tails with toes at some point.

They give Cream the same 'no toe' treatment in "Shoot for the Sunken Ship in the South Sea", Amy gets the unitoe again too. I can't recall any other points where feet are shown, plus Tails never seems to remove his shoes, just like Sonic. :psyduck:

I'm pretty sure they have toes. I mean, animals usually just have rounded paws with fur on them, so we probably just can't see their tiny paw-toes because they're hidden under foot fur.

Now you people will never be able to post in this topic without "Amy has foot fur" echoing in your mind.

My work here is done.

And Big wears sandals. Also, interesting bit of trivia: In Sega Sonic the Hedgehog, Ray's shoes fall off during his pit falling animation. He has toes.

Sonic and the gang have Toes in the Archie comics series and they just look so... Normal....

Amy is probably the most creepy character in the entire series. The reason why: She stalks Sonic and follows him everywhere he goes.

I can't help but wonder if Amy follows Sonic into the Bathroom... hmmmm.....

Up until recently I was pretty convinced Big was wearing rubber fishing boots until I realized that doesn't quite work with the way his foot meets his leg. If left to my imagination I'd probably picture feet that looked like Snoopy's in Peanuts.

Well, in episode 52 of Sonic X, Sonic returns and goes to Amy's house when she's not home. She runs up to him as he's at her front door as she was staying over at Vanilla's home.

Who's the stalker now? :)

That's because Sonic X is a piece of Shit. I brush Sonic X off as nothing more than an Anime series that would be overrated even in Japanese. I see the series as ruined in either language just because I'm not that hardcore into Sonic X and other Sonic Anime thingies. Archie Comics is where its at. Hell I even prefer the comic's storyline over the games' storylines any day.

Note to readers: This is just a personal opinion and should not be taken too seriously. It is not an attack on Sonic Anime fans but rather the Author's own views on the subject.
