You can use 12-hour format on the wiki now. though by 'use' I mean just see them that way

I just edited a line in the config for it. It's the bottom option.

Just so you all know, I'm the one that suggested adding this. Less math that we have to do when we check the recent changes page.

Not really - but then I've always preferred 24h anyway.
