If you want to make a good hack, I suggest learning at least some hex. Yeah, I've got that down. I'm about to finally go download Hex Workshop right now - just before I read this. I was seeing if anyone had any more suggestions before I started. I'm drawing out "blueprints" for my levels on paper. I'm also thinking about replacing Tails with someone else. Maybe... Chaos?

Yes you should. I have been working on my hack for over a year, and only released one version so far. So when you release it, you know that what you have got is quality.

OK, OK. Let me straighten this up. I never accused XinuX of flaming. I do say Mecha Mazgoth is a going overboard. Now - let's get back on topic. I'm trying to make a hack, and then, because XinuX gives a simple suggestion on what would be something cool, Mecha goes off complaining that it wasn't specific enough. I think making my own art is specific, if you don't mind. I probably will do things like edit Eggman and make my own level art/sprite art.
