Hi all, I've been working on a XMas present for Sonic reverse-engineers everywhere, but I've run into a snag! I'm almost done with a beta version of it, which will be the extent of the XMas present at the moment. More will be finished and released afterwards! But I'm not going to tell you what it is...yet!

My problem is, I need to know the format for Tile Layer Pallette files. *.tlp are the file name, but I can't figure out how the format works.

If anyone knows anything about pallette files, certain formats that can be opened in TLP, PLEASE respond. Thanks.

I've got that, I googled it. =) I was looking for a File-Format Spec Sheet or something like that. If nobody knows, that's fine, I can try to figure it out on my own...

The file format is very simple:

"TPL" in ascii, followed by 00 in hex, followed by sixteen 24-bit RGB pallete entries.
