Is it the suspension thing? I'm pretty sure I submitted something like this to invisionize before. I don't know why IPB doesnt do this shit by default, it makes modding a fuckton easier.

Wouldn't it be possible to overlay the red bars to someone's existing avatar?
Then again, with avatars < 150x150 I can see that it may cause problems...

Wow, I was shocked when I saw that new feature. And yeah, the toilet roll hedgehog is funny.
