Alright. Here's an IPS patcher overview:
1st box: select the original rom.
2nd box: select the IPS patch
3rd box: name the patched rom.
Then another box will pop up. It asks if you want an extra data set.
If so,
4th box: select the extra data set
Patching concluded!
