I've been trying to use Ezrael's ESE for some time now, and I'm fed up of it. Half of it is in Portuguese even when English is set as the active language, and it's damn near impossible to figure out. Can anyone tell me a good Sonic 2 editor which works, and which is written in English?

You can change it into English, but then again, I don't really give a fuck about the portugese parts. :P

If you can't figure out how to use ESE, what makes you think you can figure out how to make a decient hack? Besides, there is a language option in ESE that lets you change it to english.

but half of it isn't translated anyway
It's translated enough so anyone who knows English and has any common sense can figure it out.

That crap isn't important. The stuff that ain't translated. It is very east to figure out most of this stuff.

Okay, breakdown of communication. I meant the LAYOUT is impossible to figure out, not the text in Portuguese. Damn you, juxtaposition of sentences.

Yeah, like I said: anyone with a brain can figure out how to use it.

Okay, say I'm using an IPS patch on a ROM. It pops up with this window with a load of Portuguese gibberish. How the hell am I supposed to know what it says? I've never learnt Portuguese in my entire life; the closest language I know is Latin.
