I know psp will most likely never run NullDC at full speed(I would love to be proved wrong) but I have a feeling this might get to playable speeds, at least we can all hope.

Woah, that's amazing even at the current state you can see they spent a lot of effort working on this! I can't wait until some optimization is done, even though it seems unlikely.

I wonder how this would work for primarily 2D games as opposed to 3D?

I would assume 2d game would run alittle bit faster than say Sonic Adventure would, but for a game like SF3 Third strike it might be better off waiting for a CPS3 emulator to surface.

On the flip side, imagine how easy it'd be to parry at 3fps!

Don't expect much from nullDC on the PSP. However, you can expect some interesting stuff with OpenPandora. I'm bringing this up since the developers who are working on porting nullDC to a few other platforms have confirmed that Pandora is a possibility. You should check out the videos of the prototype hardware running in action. fapfap

Overlord: It does indeed run linux, I had it working on mine. However, Sony in their infinite wisdom chose not to include an MMU in the PSP.

Gods. If the iPhone could run on smugness and hype, it'd NEVER need recharging, would it =P

That is Raziel's blog and he clears up alot of questions about it being ported to psp. One thing I will point out here is that it is Psp Slim only.this presents a problems of anyone wants to run out and get a slim for this because new slim's have a different motherboard making the Pandora's Battery trick useless. Looks like im off to find a used psp slim...

I seriously doubt the PSP is powerful enough to fully emulate the Dreamcast, in general I heard the machine emulating another has to be at least 10 times more powerful.
