Can I suggest making a quiz available to everyone just in case they want to see how good they are?

And if we can't suggest, why is the quiz still working, if not for fun?

Because we didn't disable it yet? I don't know, I just showed it to Moogle! because he asked. We're not going to put any effort towards doing anything to the quiz, let alone set it up for "fun."

It would appear that I cannot take the test, as I am already registered. Oh well. :D

If anyone really feels like taking the quiz, I have the code laying around and tied in with a forum I used to test it on while I was still coding it, if you're interested in seeing what it had to offer, I guess you could PM me

Not particularly exciting, anyway. I always wondered what the fuss was when we had everyone retake it that one time. A relatively non-tech member such as me didn't have any real probably passing it.
Then again, being an oldbie tends to make one jaded.

I can only wonder if this Validation/Trial Member procedure is gonna work. Hopefully it will.

out of these 20 posts, it is expected that at least five of these posts will be good, full posts (think at least a paragraph, on-topic, relevant to our main discussion sections)
That's cool an' all, but does it have to be 5? I mean, I know there's a time and a place to post things and it needs to be worth posting but me, I'm not much of a writer and plus I don't want someone to have to read a story just to understand what I'm saying or asking because it could just get overlooked, making the post a waste anyway. I'm not saying one-liners are good, just not stories.

I agree with you. We're just saying, basically, to present yourself in a knowledgeable fashion. It's generally a good idea to also show your willingness to contribute to the community.
