Well, this one notably has a sound for the sega logo.

Crashes for me once a game has been started in Kega Fusion.

As pointed out before the Sega logo has sound.
Options Screen still isn't right.
Leaving the title screen for a few seconds resets the game to the Sega Screen.
None of the characters show up on training character select screen.
Game crashes upon entering a level and PWM sound stops playing.

0202 has metal sonic flying in from the right in the intro, but he doesn't fly down and zoom forward.
